All orders placed before 3 PM CST will be reviewed and processed that same day, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders placed after the cutoff or on holidays or weekends will be processed the following business day.
Iced Orchid will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available or if we need additional information for credit verification.
All orders are insured and shipped free via UPS Next Day Air delivery service.
To help you plan when to expect receipt of your order, a confirmation email will be sent when your order has been shipped along with the estimated arrival date. Due to the sensitive nature of the items you may be purchasing, we urge customers to plan ahead to receive and personally sign for receipt of the package.
If you will not be home to sign for your order or wish to ship your order to a different location to maintain the element of surprise, Iced Orchid can arrange to ship your order to an alternative location such as a place or work or other more convenient location. However, as a security precaution to protect Iced Orchid shoppers against fraud, all orders requested to be delivered to a destination different than the billing address of the credit card will require confirmation from your credit card company that an alternate shipping address is on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
Upon receipt of the package, we urge all customers to inspect your package to make sure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with prior to receiving and signing for the package. For security purposes, all orders are packaged as follows. Your respective jewelry purchase along with all supporting documents will be sealed in a UPS Express Pad Pak. That Pak will be inside of a Small UPS Express which will be sealed inside of a plastic G4S Security bag which is then sealed inside of a Medium size UPS Express Box for Next Day Air shipment. We know it sounds crazy but it’s for our customer’s security.

ready for a spectacular presentation.
Your jewelry item will arrive in an elegant wooden box to accentuate the
fine item you’ve just purchased.
Our gift boxes are also excellent for future storage of your jewelry
items so keep them around…they should come in handy.
Guessing the size of a ring can be tricky. That’s why at Iced Orchid we will re-size the ring free of charge within 30 days of purchase. Please contact one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-918-3448 or service@icedorchid.com to coordinate the return process.
